At the heart of our intended City is Smart Education which will aim at producing graduates with Modern Knowledge, Practical Skills and Collaborative Attitudes. This should reflect in the strength in Basic Education, Advanced Training and Certification, Universities and Technical Colleges, e-learning infrastructure, lifelong learning and innovation in education technologies.

Specifically we hope to contrast the current education with a more Interactive, Collaborative and Visual model, designed to increase student engagement and enable teachers to adapt to students' skills, interests and learning preferences.

The City is proposed to have an application of different combinations of modern technologies to create a hyperflexible, self-adapting manufacturing capability. This gives factories the opportunity to create new forms of efficiency and flexibility by connecting different processes, information streams and stakeholders (frontline workers, planners, etc.) in a streamlined fashion
